The Punky Allsorts Purple Peplum Skirt is made in the U.K from purple velvet. It is a pencil skirt with three owl print peplums on the left size and one on the right. The peplums and the waist band are duchess satin printed with the unique Punky Allsorts balloon flying owl, if you look closely you can see the Punky Allsorts branding across the wings.
